Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
Optimize social media pages and profiles (e.g., SEO, bio, hashtags, visuals).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Run paid campaigns (if required) and optimize for maximum ROI.
Generate monthly performance reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Proven work experience as an SMO Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and SEO.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and details.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
