Key Responsibilities:
Build strong and trusting relationships with clients across campaigns
Own daily communications via Basecamp, email, and calls
Actively follow up on pending tasks and ensure internal accountability
Manage client updates, meeting coordination, and escalation handling
Ensure timely reporting, track deliverables, and facilitate weekly status sharing
Proactively communicate campaign delays, wins, and risks
Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, and Design teams to align on delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong attention to detail – no typos, no missed context
High accountability and ownership of client accounts

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
