We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead our search engine optimization initiatives and drive organic growth across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, and a data-driven approach to performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.

• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize website architecture, content, internal linking, and metadata for maximum visibility.

• Perform regular SEO audits and monitor technical SEO health, including site speed, crawlability, and mobile optimization.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all projects.

• Manage and monitor backlink strategies, outreach campaigns, and link-building initiatives.

• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, CTRs, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates, trends, and industry best practices.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SEO strategies and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GA4).

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical SEO.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
