Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competition analysis, and content gap analysis.
Optimize website content, metadata, site architecture, and internal linking structure.
Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to fix issues (crawl errors, indexation, site speed, mobile usability).
Monitor and analyze site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Create and manage a backlink strategy, including link-building campaigns, outreach, and guest posting.
Track keyword rankings, conversions, and organic performance metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Stay current with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Optimize and manage local SEO for Google Business Profile and local listings if applicable.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
