We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC advertising, keyword research, bid strategy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. You will play a critical role in driving traffic, conversions, and ROI across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams for engaging creatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Manage daily bid strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Set up and track conversion goals via Google Analytics, GTM, and other tools.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices.
