Job Description

We are hiring a Q-Commerce Executive to manage our operations on Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc. The role includes onboarding, product listing, inventory management, sales tracking, payment reconciliation, and return control, along with coordination with the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product onboarding & listing on Q-commerce platforms.

Monitor sales, stock availability & platform performance.

Handle payments, reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies.

Track returns, cancellations & maintain low return rate.

Coordinate with warehouse for smooth order processing.

Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.

Requirements

1–4 years experience in e-commerce/Q-commerce.

Knowledge of platform panels (Zepto/Blinkit/Instamart).

Good Excel skills & understanding of reconciliation.
