1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on real estate lead generation
Proven track record of running high-converting Google Search, Display, and Meta Ads campaigns for residential or commercial projects
Strong knowledge of location-based targeting and buyer personas in the real estate sector
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Leadsquared, or similar tools
Understanding of landing page optimization, tracking setup (GA4, GTM), and lead forms
Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus
Excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience with WhatsApp automation tools and lead nurturing workflows
Knowledge of real estate markets in NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, etc.
A creative eye for ad design and compelling copywriting skills.
