🔍Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

Generate qualified leads for real estate residential/commercial projects

Optimize ad performance to achieve maximum investment

#Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of market trends and property types

1–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing & real estate lead generation

Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics

Strong knowledge of CPL, CTR, ROAS, and performance optimization

Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Zoho) is a plus

Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
