About the Company:
We are the parent company of two growing brands – SYVO and TYGOT, primarily dealing in camera accessories and related electronics. We are actively selling on multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit, and are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online operations.
Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Operations (End-to-End):
Handle day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other platforms.
Ensure timely order processing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth dispatch and return management.
Manage product listings, pricing, content uploads, and A+ content optimization.
Maintain product catalog hygiene, ensuring all listings are compliant with marketplace policies.
Amazon Vendor Central (Preferred):
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central will be a major plus.
Manage purchase orders (POs) and reconciliation.
Advertising & Growth:
Plan and execute Amazon Ads (PPC) campaigns to drive performance.
Analyze ad data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
Monitor sales performance, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns across platforms.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate weekly and monthly sales, ad spend, and inventory reports.
Identify growth opportunities and help improve conversion rate and product visibility.
Work closely with management to align on business goals and reporting.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations (preferably in a B2C or marketplace brand).
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Zepto, and Blinkit panels.
Strong command of Amazon advertising (sponsored products, campaigns, budgets).
Basic understanding of cataloging, SEO, A+ content, and listing quality.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to solving operational issues.
