We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online listings, order processing, return claims, and customer queries primarily on Flipkart, and also on Amazon and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling day-to-day operations for online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
List new products on Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces with optimized titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Monitor and update inventory regularly to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Process daily orders: coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
Handle return and refund claims with marketplaces—ensure smooth resolution and minimal losses.
Maintain product and order records across platforms.
Ensure all listings are compliant with platform guidelines and are SEO-friendly.
Analyze sales reports, identify slow-moving products, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to manage stock and order flow.
Communicate with the support teams of Flipkart, Amazon, etc., to resolve operational issues.
Track and maintain key metrics such as RTOs, returns, and customer satisfaction.
