Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s Etsy store on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and returns management efficiently.
Research market trends, competitors, and Etsy algorithms to improve rankings and visibility.
Implement SEO strategies to optimize listings and drive organic traffic.
Run Etsy Ads and promotional campaigns to increase reach and sales.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work with the design and marketing team for product photography, creatives, and branding consistency.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with Etsy policies and maintain a positive seller reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Etsy experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Etsy Seller Tools, SEO, and Ads Management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset for writing engaging product descriptions and marketing content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with handmade, craft, lifestyle, or creative products.
Knowledge of international shipping processes and Etsy’s global market.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or product photo editing software.
