Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, and will be able to drive successful digital marketing campaigns as an individual contributor. This role will focus on developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and improve online presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan, design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, develop social media content, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use data to optimize and improve campaigns.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization and manage SEM campaigns on Google, Bing, and other search engines.
- Email Marketing Campaign: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve open rates and conversions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to understand the trends and create compelling and effective digital marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (typically 3-5 years).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools like Canva.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and bid management tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in creating Video content
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
