Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage budgets, bids, and ROI for all digital marketing channels.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing page experience.
Drive SEO, SEM, retargeting, and programmatic display campaigns.
Manage agency relationships and evaluate new digital marketing technologies or trends.
Create lead nurturing workflows and integrate with CRM Sell.do.
Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and Conversion Ratio to ensure performance KPIs are met.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Knowledge of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and tracking pixels
3-6 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics platforms.
Proven experience managing Rs. 1–3 lakh+ monthly ad budgets.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and tracking pixels.
