We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads/customers.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads, influencer marketing, etc.).
Plan, create, and manage online campaigns to achieve business goals.
Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns through analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Manage company’s social media presence and ensure consistent branding.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team for performance and growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (3–6 years) in digital marketing with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
