Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role involves driving online traffic, enhancing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and achieving business growth through digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, content, and affiliates).
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve search rankings, organic reach, and website traffic.
Manage content creation, distribution, and performance tracking for blogs, videos, and social media posts.
Oversee website management, ensuring optimization for user experience and lead conversion.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of graphic design basics and video marketing.
Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
