Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, grow brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a balance of analytical and creative skills, with expertise in digital marketing as well as graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, optimize our online presence, and produce visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies

Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Lead, plan, and manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, social media, PPC, email, content marketing, and more.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

Develop and implement strategies specifically aimed at lead generation through targeted campaigns, landing pages, and lead magnets.
Optimize website and digital marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and capture qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with lead generation goals and ensure smooth handoff of leads.
Graphic Design and Video Editing

Design visually appealing graphics for social media, email, websites, and ad campaigns that align with our brand aesthetic.
Create and edit high-quality video content to be used across social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns, capturing the attention of our target audience.
Stay updated on design trends to create fresh, engaging visuals that set us apart in the market.
Content and Social Media Management

Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience interests, and SEO best practices.
Manage social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), producing engaging content to grow and engage followers.
SEO and SEM Optimization

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize content for search engines.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
Data Analytics and Reporting

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights) to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
Create and present regular reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and guide strategy.
Paid Advertising and Budget Management

Oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads, social media ads, and other channels, managing budgets efficiently to maximize reach.
Continuously refine ad performance, targeting, and creative elements to improve ROI.
Collaboration and Team Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to ensure alignment and cohesive branding.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Job Location: Shakarpur Nirman Vihar metro station, Delhi

Timings: 10:00 am to 6:30pm
