Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across multiple initiatives, including home eye testing services and e-commerce sales for healthcare products. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and optimize digital revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for core business and new brand initiatives (home eye testing, e-commerce).
Build brand positioning and awareness campaigns tailored to retail healthcare and consumer healthcare services.
Identify growth opportunities in online channels to expand market reach and customer base.
Campaign Management
Drive lead generation campaigns for home eye testing services across social media, Google Ads, and local SEO.
Manage e-commerce campaigns to grow product sales, including remarketing, affiliate, and marketplace strategies.
Create digital funnels for customer journey from awareness to booking/checkout.
Content & Engagement
Oversee content creation (blogs, ads, reels, landing pages) aligned with healthcare consumer needs.
Build engagement campaigns to establish trust in home healthcare services.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and healthcare teams for accurate and compelling messaging.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across lead generation, e-commerce, and digital branding.
Optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and maximize ROI.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure leads convert into home testing bookings and product sales.
Coordinate with technology and product teams to optimize the e-commerce platform for conversion.
Manage external agencies and partners for specialized campaigns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Atleast 1 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to healthcare, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
Proven track record of managing lead generation and online sales growth.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Shopify/WooCommerce, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and trust-building in online healthcare services.
Ability to scale new digital initiatives from ground-up.
