Digital Marketing Team/Agency Wanted for Pop-Up Store Promotions (Commission-Based)
Location: Ghaziabad
Type: Contract / Project-Based
Compensation: Performance-based (Commission on Sales + Bonuses)

️About the Project:
We’re launching an exciting retail pop-up store that brings together local artists, brands, and creative entrepreneurs. The goal? A dynamic, high-energy event filled with authentic shopping experiences, collaborations, and strong local community vibes.

To make it a success, we’re looking for experienced digital marketers or growth agencies who can drive both footfall and actual sales — online or offline — and help onboard local collaborators.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Outreach to local artists/creators/businesses to bring them on board as stall vendors or collaborators.
Driving online & offline sales of our products, hampers, and limited-edition collections.
Executing performance marketing campaigns (Meta/Google/Influencer/Email/WhatsApp).
Creating social buzz, engagement, and real conversions through your own channels or content.
Compensation:
Commission-based payout per sale or lead.
Bonus incentives for onboarding collaborators, influencers, or bringing in bulk orders.
Long-term opportunity to work on future projects if successful.
✅ Ideal Candidate/Team:
Has a strong network in local creator communities or small businesses.
Can drive actual buying intent — not just clicks or likes.
Experience with event marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, or D2C sales.
Has handled hyperlocal campaigns (preferred).
