About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive will manage all online marketing activities of the company. The role includes handling the website, creating engaging content, running social media pages, managing Google My Business accounts, updating IndiaMART/TradeIndia, and creating digital flyers, posters, and videos using Canva or AI tools.

Key Responsibilities (A to Z)

1. Analytics – Track website traffic, social media reach, and campaign performance.

2. Brand Building – Promote company brand consistently across all digital platforms.

3. Content Creation – Write blogs, product descriptions, captions, and ad copies.

4. Design Flyers & Videos – Use Canva/AI tools to make creative posters, reels, and videos.

5. Email Marketing – Prepare and send promotional email campaigns/newsletters.

6. Facebook/Instagram Handling – Post regular content, engage with followers, and run ads.

7. Google My Business – Open and manage multiple GMB accounts with regular posts and updates.

8. Hashtag Strategy – Use relevant hashtags for better social media reach.

9. IndiaMART & TradeIndia – Update product details, reply to enquiries, and optimize listings.

10. Keyword Research – Identify best keywords for SEO and paid campaigns.

11. Lead Generation – Use digital channels to generate quality leads for sales teams.

12. Market Research – Keep track of competitors’ digital activities.

13. Newsletter Creation – Design and share monthly newsletters with clients.

14. Online Reputation – Respond to customer reviews and maintain a positive online image.

15. Paid Ads – Run and optimize ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

16. Quality Content – Ensure all creatives, videos, and posts are professional and appealing.

17. Reporting – Share weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance.

18. SEO Management – Improve website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO.

19. Team Coordination – Work with sales and design teams for campaigns.

20. Updates – Regularly update website content, banners, and product information.

21. Video Marketing – Make short promotional videos and reels for social media.

22. Website Management – Keep website updated with products, blogs, and enquiry forms.

23. XML/Technical SEO – Coordinate with developers for website speed, mobile optimization, and sitemaps.

24. YouTube Management – Upload and optimize product or brand videos.

25. Zero Error Posting – Double-check all posts, ads, and updates before publishing.

26. 26. Listing and updation of products on all online platforms like IndiaMART, Trade India, industrial Buying, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing / Digital Marketing.

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Online Portals.

Familiar with Canva, AI tools, and website CMS (like WordPress).
