We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive qualified leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a business mindset, leadership qualities, and hands-on expertise in managing digital platforms, campaigns, and CRM systems.
Manage and grow all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
Plan & execute lead generation campaigns tailored for the real estate sector
Strategize, create, and post engaging content to build brand awareness and drive inquiries
Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
Monitor analytics & optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
Manage the CRM system: track leads, nurture them, and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate industry practices
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing & CRM tools
Excellent communication & creative content skills
Leadership quality with ability to manage campaigns independently
Business mindset with a focus on performance and conversions
Based in Delhi NCR (mandatory)
