Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can blend analytics with creativity, manage cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business growth for our clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) from planning to ROI analysis.

• Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content strategy, and social media management.

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.

• Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging.

• Manage digital marketing budgets and provide ROI reports and performance dashboards.

• Monitor trends and competitors, recommending new tools, strategies, and innovations.

• Lead and mentor a team of digital executives, content creators, and freelancers.

• Collaborate with clients for campaign planning, reporting, and digital consulting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency.

• Proven track record in managing 360° campaigns and delivering measurable results.

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

• Strong understanding of content marketing, A/B testing, and CRO.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with influencer marketing and video-first campaigns (e.g., YouTube, Reels).

• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot workflows, etc.).

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and website platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
