We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our marketing team. The CSM will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, goals are achieved, and long-term partnerships are built.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies with the internal team.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with creative, performance, and content teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights & recommendations.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional services to add value.
Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure renewals and client retention by delivering measurable success and ROI.
Perform any additional work or responsibilities assigned by management in alignment with company objectives. ✅
Strong understanding of marketing channels: digital ads, SEO, social media, content, branding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM tools.
