Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, online lead generation, and team management. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate sector, with a proven record of generating qualified leads and driving bookings from digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate lead generation and conversion.
· Manage and oversee the performance of a digital marketing team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
· Execute and optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
· Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
· Leverage AI tools, CRM systems, and automation to streamline lead nurturing and reporting.
· Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead-to-booking conversion.
· Create, review, and oversee marketing creatives and content (social media posts, ads, videos, landing pages).
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and real estate trends.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· 3–6 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in real estate lead generation & bookings.
· Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics tools.
· Experience in team handling with leadership skills.
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools (preferred).
· Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive ROI-focused campaigns.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
