We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign structuring, and performance optimization.
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, Messenger).
Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, ad formats, and budget allocations.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to maximize ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Optimize campaigns for conversions and cost-efficiency.
Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Manage pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API integrations.
Support overall digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, SEO, email, etc.) if required.
Proven experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager & Analytics tools.
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns.
Knowledge of other digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
