Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support our digital initiatives. The role involves designing promotional creatives, managing paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google), and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms. Candidates must have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

2. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.).

3. Design creatives, banners, and marketing materials using Canva.

4. Manage and grow the company’s presence across various social media platforms.

5. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.

7. Assist in brand promotion activities and online reputation management.

8. Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Any HSC or Graduate

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva and Lead Generation

Design Proficiency:

• Ability to create effective marketing creatives using Canva

Platform Knowledge:

• Working experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google platforms, etc.

Analytics Ability:

• Competence in analyzing digital campaign data and generating performance reports

Additional Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
