Key Responsibilities:
• Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Shopping).
• Manage daily ad activities such as testing audiences, updating creatives, adjusting budgets, and tracking results.
• Build effective ad strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, and repeat buyers.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve ad performance and scale campaigns faster.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Set up and maintain accurate tracking (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Conversion API, UTM tags).
• Analyze data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests on ads, offers, and landing pages to identify top performers.
• Suggest improvements to product pages and checkout to boost conversions.
• Stay updated on ad platform changes and share innovative ideas.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience managing paid ads for ecommerce brands with a focus on driving sales.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping).
• Knowledge of tracking tools like Facebook Conversion API, GA4, and UTM tagging.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing ROAS, CAC, and customer lifetime value.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS and scale ad budgets profitably.
• Experience working with creative teams or UGC creators to test ad ideas.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ad copy, bidding, or automation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
