About Us:

As we expand our presence digitally, we are looking to onboard a passionate Website Manager who will spearhead the brand’s digital evolution by setting up and managing the entire online retail infrastructure from scratch.

Role Overview:

The Website Manager will be responsible for planning, building, and managing the entire e-commerce website and digital retail operations. You will play a pivotal role in launching Srinidhi Silk's online showroom, ensuring an exceptional digital customer experience and aligning with the brand’s ethos and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management:

• Lead the design, development, and launch of the e-commerce website in collaboration with developers/design agencies.

• Identify and integrate user-friendly CMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) based on scalability, ease of use, and retail needs.

• Manage product listings, categorisation, metadata, and visual merchandising.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed optimisation, and an intuitive customer journey.

E-commerce Operations:

• Set up internal workflows for order processing, returns, shipping, and inventory sync between the store and online.

• Coordinate with the showroom and stock team for accurate product availability.

• Collaborate with logistics partners for smooth last-mile delivery across India and internationally.

Digital Content & Brand Representation:

• Work with photographers/designers to maintain aesthetic product imagery and consistent brand voice.

• Create/update landing pages, festive collections, and promotional banners in line with the sales calendar.

SEO, Analytics & Growth:

• Implement SEO best practices, keyword tagging, and performance tracking.

• Monitor and optimise website traffic, bounce rates, session durations, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools.

• Suggest and implement A/B tests and user-experience enhancements.

Team & Process Building:

• Hire and lead a small cross-functional team (content, tech support, digital marketing).

• Establish SOPs for cataloguing, updates, inventory audits, and customer query handling.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, E-commerce, or a relevant field.

• 0–7 years of experience managing e-commerce websites, preferably in fashion, textiles, or retail.

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom CMS tools.

• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, UX/UI, SEO, and analytics.

• Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of South Indian textiles and sarees is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta/Google Ads) and email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

• Experience integrating CRM or ERP tools for retail operations.

• Multilingual skills for regional audience targeting (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
