We're looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on lead generation to join our dynamic team and help us scale our marketing efforts.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Optimize landing pages and funnels to increase conversion rates.
Manage email marketing and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Research market trends and competitor strategies.
Create compelling content for digital campaigns (ads, emails, social posts).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
