·       Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp.

·       Proven expertise in social media management and paid campaigns.

·       Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

·       Experience working in the business consulting sector and finance industry is a must.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Certifications in Digital Marketing

·       Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business (preferred but optional).

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development:

·       Develop visually appealing service offering presentations (PPTs). 

·       Design high-quality, creative social media posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. 

Content Creation

·       Craft compelling content for social media (blogs, articles, post descriptions, email drafts, proposals).

·       Tailor content to suit different platforms and target audience personas. 

Social Media Account Management:

·       Manage and monitor all social media accounts to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads. 

·       Schedule, post, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. 

·       Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. 

Lead Generation & Strategy Execution:

·       Develop comprehensive marketing plans to generate and nurture leads. 

·       Work on identifying and building a target audience database.

·       Distribute content to reach the right target audience.

Campaign Management:

·       Run paid campaigns on digital platforms to achieve business goals.
