We are seeking a highly creative and self-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to build and execute the complete marketing and branding strategy for our new startup from scratch. The role involves developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating engaging marketing content, managing social media presence, designing pitch decks, producing visual training manuals, visiting industry expos, and handling all brand-related activities.
· - Develop and implement a complete digital marketing roadmap for the new startup.
· - Create SOPs for all marketing and branding processes.
· - Design marketing content for digital and offline channels.
· - Create visual materials such as brochures, presentations, training manuals, and other collaterals.
· - Prepare professional pitch decks and investor presentations.
· - Build and manage social media pages from scratch (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
· - Plan, create, and post regular content, including campaigns, stories, and videos.
· - Track and analyze social media performance.
· - Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
· - Work with management to establish tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
· - Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for content creation.
· - Work directly with leadership to develop marketing strategies and ideas.
· - Visit relevant industry expos and represent the brand when needed.
· - Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
· - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and trends.
· - Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
· - Experience with pitch deck creation, visual manuals, or presentation design.
· - Excellent communication skills (written and visual).
· - Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
· - Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics is a plus.
· - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· - 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
· - Startup experience or experience in building a brand from the ground up is an advantage.
