We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our online marketing strategies in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and promote property listings across multiple platforms.
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract buyers, sellers, and investors for residential and/or commercial properties.
SEO & Website Optimization:
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing:
Create engaging content for social media platforms; schedule posts, respond to comments, and analyze engagement metrics.
Email Marketing:
Design and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip sequences to nurture leads and promote listings.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling property visuals, blog posts, and promotional materials.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
CRM & Marketing Automation:
Manage customer relationship management systems (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to segment audiences and automate lead follow-ups.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or property development).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media ad management.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience with real estate portals (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, MagicBricks, Property Finder, etc.).
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Basic understanding of photography, videography, or drone content for listings.
Number of qualified leads generated per campaign.
Website traffic growth and conversion rate improvement.
Social media engagement and follower growth.
Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
