Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Plan and manage performance
marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
other relevant platforms.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA,
ROAS, CTR, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency.
• A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and
targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-
effective ad spending while meeting business objectives.
• SEO & SEM Strategy: Work alongside the SEO team to enhance organic and paid
search strategies for improved rankings and traffic.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage data insights to define audience
personas and refine targeting strategies.
• Collaboration with Creative & Content Teams: Provide insights to designers and
copywriters to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing dashboards to report findings
and suggest improvements.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry best practices, platform updates,
and emerging digital marketing trends.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads,
Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights
into actionable strategies.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to craft high-performing ad creatives and
solve complex marketing challenges.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
