We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Professional to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
Manage and grow the company’s online presence, content marketing, and brand visibility.
Work with designers, content creators, and developers to improve conversion rates and drive engagement.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing (2–5 years preferred).
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Knowledge of WordPress, CRM tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and creative content skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience with e-commerce, B2B/B2C marketing, or digital agencies.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
Familiarity with video marketing, influencer campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
