The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the hospital’s digital marketing campaigns. The role involves managing online branding, improving search engine rankings, creating engaging content, designing graphics, and handling all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Perform keyword research and optimize website content for better search rankings.
Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
Develop backlink strategies and improve domain authority.
Implement on-page & off-page SEO best practices.
2. Social Media Management
Manage and grow the hospital’s presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create monthly content calendars and publish engaging posts.
Run targeted paid ad campaigns and track performance.
Respond to messages, comments, and patient inquiries promptly.
3. Graphic Design
Create promotional banners, posters, infographics, and social media creatives.
Design creatives for online campaigns, festivals, awareness days, and events.
Edit videos for short-form content like reels and YouTube shorts.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
4. Content & Campaigns
Coordinate with departments for event coverage and campaign materials.
Write short, impactful content for posts, ads, and blog articles.
Plan and execute digital campaigns for awareness, offers, or new services.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly performance reports for SEO, social media, and campaigns.
Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.
Skills:
Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
Social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Good communication skills in English & Marathi.
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut preferred)
