The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts, focusing on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and maximizing online bookings. This position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a keen interest in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising.
SEO & SEM:
Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum search engine visibility.
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote travel packages and destinations across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant posts.
Track and analyze social media performance to optimize content and engagement.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting potential and existing customers.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to drive personalized communication.
Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, etc.) and optimize for better results.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and informative content (blogs, articles, infographics) to promote travel destinations, packages, and deals.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content for digital channels.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics and other tools to track website performance, user behavior, and campaign success.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of market demands.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Content) to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Knowledge of the travel industry, including trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing strategies, is a plus.
