Job Title: SEO/Google Ads Executive – WFO
Location: Mayur Vihar Phase 1 (East Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective bid optimization.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly PPC performance reports.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Implement conversion tracking and remarketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC trends, policies, and platform updates.
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
Support SEO activities including keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic off-page SEO strategies.
Use SEO and analytics tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console for research and performance monitoring.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of on-page SEO.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of SEM/PPC campaign structures (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Social Ads).
Knowledge of conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize performance based on data insights.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with keyword research and competitor analysis tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.
