We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team at Merida Tech Minds (OPC) Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email, and messaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

·        Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence with engaging and innovative content.

·        Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and improve website search rankings.

·        Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, optimize ad spend, and generate timely reports.

·        Coordinate with the design and content teams for timely and smooth execution of campaigns.

·        Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

·        Ensure seamless client coordination and maintain strong client relationships.

·        Train and mentor interns and junior team members in digital marketing practices.

·        Lead and manage the digital marketing team effectively.

·        Maintain accurate and timely process documentation and reporting.

·        Consistently meet digital marketing targets and deadlines.

·        Strive to exceed client expectations through excellent service and results.

Job Requirements:

·        Minimum Qualification: Graduate

·        Experience: Interns

·        Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email and messaging campaigns.

·        Good command over written and spoken English.

·        Proven experience in client coordination and handling.

·        Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

·        Target and performance-oriented mindset.

·        Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign tracking tools.
