Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative digital marketing strategies and managing overall marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, digital marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and digital channels.
Create compelling marketing presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint.
Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Excel and other MS Office tools.
Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
Assist in content creation including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
Support SEO/SEM strategies and PPC campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales and digital marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong presentation skills and visual storytelling through PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and basic HTML is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic graphic design skills are a bonus.
Experience in operations and management.
