We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creator to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is someone who understands trends, storytelling, and digital platforms inside out.
1. Content Creation:
Develop engaging and original content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Write compelling captions, blogs, and email newsletters aligned with brand voice
Plan and produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Design visuals, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
2. Digital Marketing:
Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic reach
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Plan social media calendars and manage posting schedules
3. Community & Brand Growth:
Monitor trends and audience insights to tailor campaigns
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community
Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand promotions
0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hoot-suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative thinking skills
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and ad management platforms
Basic video editing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Experience with influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
Understanding of brand identity and digital trends
Photography/videography skills a plus
