Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive who can manage the full spectrum of digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across all platforms to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Plan and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and paid campaigns.
Monitor engagement and grow followers organically.
SEO & Website
Handle complete SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research).
Manage website updates, blogs, landing pages (WordPress/Shopify basics).
Improve website traffic and search rankings.
Performance Marketing
Run paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns for best performance (CTR, ROAS, leads).
Track daily budgets, results, and reports.
Content & Creatives
Create content ideas, ad copies, captions, and email content.
Coordinate with designers OR use basic creative tools like Canva for quick designs.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor analytics via Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Suggest data-driven improvements.
Additional Tasks
Handle email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
Manage online listings, reviews, reputation, and brand presence.
Coordinate with sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and content marketing.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva preferred).
Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, Search Console).
Strong communication and creativity.
Ability to independently handle all digital marketing tasks.
