1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media (LinkedIn), etc.)
Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion
Manage and improve PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) campaigns
2. Content marketing & SEO
Manage high quality content for blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
Oversee website updates and ensure a seamless user experience
3. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
Implement lead nurturing strategies using marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot/Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Monitor and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates
Follow up and analyze the NPS score for the individual businesses
Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with business goals
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, CRM, and other analytics tools
Generate reports and provide insights to optimize digital marketing performance
Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven decisions
Strategic thinking: ability to align digital marketing efforts with business goals
Data-driven approach: strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
Creativity & content creation: ability to craft engaging, water industry relevant content
SEO & SEA expertise: knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, and paid advertising
Tech-savvy: experience with marketing automation tools, Google Ads, and CRM systems
Project management: ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Collaboration & communication: work closely with internal teams such as sales & IT
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in experience in digital marketing or communication
Experience in digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation. Preferably in the industrial or environmental sector
Proficiency in any of the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Strong English communication skills, other languages is a plus
