Job Title: Digital Marketing & Client Engagement Executive

Location: 104 , 3rd floor, khirki village , opposite saket mall.
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing & Client Engagement Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling social media platforms (especially Meta - Facebook & Instagram), generating leads, managing marketing activities, and building strong client relationships. You should possess excellent communication skills, basic design and video editing knowledge, and be comfortable making client calls and handling business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow our presence on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan, create, schedule, and post engaging content

• Run Meta ads and monitor performance metrics

• Use Canva to design graphics and social media creatives

• Edit short videos for promotions and social media using basic video editing tools

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Research and identify potential leads through social media, online platforms, and databases

• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages

• Follow up and convert leads into clients

• Maintain lead records and update CRM systems (if used)

Client Relationship & Communication

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Handle client queries and coordinate for service delivery

• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Gather client feedback and work with the internal team to improve services

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Make and receive client and business calls as required

• Maintain and update client and business records

• Assist in marketing campaigns and presentations

• Use basic computer applications like MS Office, email, Google Drive, etc.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta platforms and basic ads management

• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush)

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Confidence in making client/business calls

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite, email, etc.)

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools

• Experience in content writing or scriptwriting

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, automation tools, or chatbot tools
