We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join the DigiSankalp team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about digital trends, capable of handling multiple platforms, and committed to executing high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
Optimize website SEO—keyword research, on-page & off-page activities, backlink building, and SEO reporting.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives, reels, social media posts, and landing pages.
Manage email marketing, automation workflows, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to management.
Assist in brand strategy, online reputation management (ORM), and community building.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop (added advantage).
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Basic video editing / reel creation skills.
Understanding of influencer collaboration and digital PR.
