Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Generate high-quality leads for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Manage and update website content and property listings (WordPress/real estate CRMs).
Conduct SEO/SEM activities to boost organic visibility and traffic.
Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL).
Create and manage social media calendars and handle content marketing.
Coordinate with graphic designers and sales teams for creatives and promotional materials.
Email and WhatsApp campaign creation and management for project promotions.
Monitor competitors and stay updated with real estate marketing trends.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest optimizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms (GA4).
Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels in real estate.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design software is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an advantage.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
