The Digital Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, grow social media presence, and boost online sales. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and experienced in managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and other platforms.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through strategic content.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners for promotions and campaigns.
Run and optimize paid ads on Meta (FB/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
Monitor ad performance, ROAS, CPC, and overall campaign efficiency.
Plan budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
Manage company website/Shopify store and ensure smooth user experience.
Implement SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve ranking on Google.
Upload new products, banners, blogs, and landing pages.
Plan and execute communication campaigns for promotions, launches, and offers.
Maintain customer databases and run automation flows.
Track open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Track daily/weekly performance of campaigns and social media.
Prepare monthly reports on sales, leads, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify reports, and CRM dashboards.
Drive revenue through D2C website and marketplaces (BigBasket, Blinkit, Amazon — if applicable).
Plan festive campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and online events.
Optimize product listings for higher visibility and conversions.
