Key Responsibilities
· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve engagement.
· Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
· Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
· Coordinate with designers/photographers/videographers for high-quality creatives.
· Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to build brand visibility.
· Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities for new opportunities.
· Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
· Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams for campaign execution.
· Support influencer tie-ups, collaborations, and social media contests.
Requirements for Social Media Executive
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in handling brand social media accounts
· Strong written and verbal communication in English & gujrati preferred
· Creativity and ability to think of engaging content ideas.
· Attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
