Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: CEO

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to lead our

online marketing efforts across multiple business verticals including production services, event

management, bridal wear, and daily fashion apparel. This role involves managing our digital

presence, driving traffic, increasing engagement, and converting leads across platforms like

Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution

 Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for each vertical—media production,

events, bridal wear, and daily wear apparel.

 Plan and run social media campaigns (organic + paid) across platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, WhatsApp, Pinterest, etc.).

 Coordinate with the creative and product teams to align marketing content with business

goals.

Content Marketing & Social Media

 Plan and manage the content calendar, photoshoots, reels, and campaign launches.

 Ensure consistency in tone and branding across all platforms.

 Engage with followers and handle queries via DM and WhatsApp to drive conversions.

Performance Marketing

 Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google,

and other relevant channels.

 Track performance metrics and ROI; provide reports and insights to management.

E-commerce & Website

 Manage and update product listings, pricing, and banners on our website.

 Monitor traffic and sales performance; implement SEO and content improvements.

 Collaborate on WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement workflows.

Collaborations & Influencer Marketing

 Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and brand partners.

 Track ROI and brand exposure from influencer collaborations.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, events, or creative

industries.

 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media tools.

 Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and basic design

tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).

 Strong communication and copywriting skills.

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom e-commerce platforms.

 Understanding of fashion/lifestyle marketing trends.

 Video editing basics for reels and social content.
