We are seeking a results-driven SEO and Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate high-quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical, packaging, or industrial products sectors and possess strong skills in both on-page and off-page SEO, content strategy, B2B digital campaigns, and analytics.
Conduct keyword research relevant to pharma packaging and B2B audience.
Optimize website pages, product descriptions, and blogs for search engines.
Develop and execute link-building strategies with industry-relevant platforms.
Monitor and improve website SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes.
Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and product pages.
Ensure content aligns with regulatory and industry-specific requirements.
Manage and update the company website (WordPress or other CMS platforms).
Develop and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at pharma companies and decision-makers.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage leads.
Optimize digital campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and relevant B2B platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts, case studies, and product promotions.
Track and analyze social media engagement and conversion metrics.
Create monthly reports on traffic, rankings, leads, and campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
2+ years of SEO & digital marketing experience in B2B, pharma, or industrial sectors.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
Familiarity with industry platforms and pharma compliance standards is an advantage.
