Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand promotion.
Manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Handle SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to maximize online visibility.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
Coordinate with the sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion rate.
Manage CRM tools and marketing automation systems for lead nurturing.
Collaborate with designers and video editors for creative ad content.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
Hands-on experience with real estate lead generation campaigns.
Basic understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet campaign deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Ads preferred.
