We are looking for a Digital media Marketing Executive to join our team ATC Travel Zone to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15,000/per month and a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Research target audience behavior and market trends.
Plan campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative assets.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across channels.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage communities.
Optimize website and content for better ranking on search engines.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Monitor and improve organic traffic performance.
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Allocate budgets and monitor ad performance.
Analyze ROI and optimize campaigns for better results.
Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
Segment email lists for personalized campaigns.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and blogs.
Ensure website is mobile-friendly and optimized for user experience.
Work with developers for technical updates.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Work with sales teams to align marketing with sales goals.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
Liaise with external agencies if required.
Keep track of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
Attend webinars, workshops, and training for skill improvement.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Social Media Management & Digital Marketing.
Strong Knowledge of SEO & Content writing.
Skilled in Running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. ).
Ability to analyze & optimize campaign performance.
Proficient in content editing, proofreading & publishing.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (CANVA / Photoshop)
Strong time Management & Multitasking Skills.
Excellent communication & writing in English.
